Five facts about your list narrow the eight tools down.
- List size. Minimum purchases run from 500 credits at Kickbox to 10,000 at MillionVerifier. Bouncer and NeverBounce start at 1,000, ZeroBounce at 2,000, and Emailable, DeBounce and Clearout at 5,000.
- How often you verify. Bouncer advises cleaning an active list every 3 to 6 months. NeverBounce credits expire 12 months after purchase; Bouncer, Emailable, DeBounce and MillionVerifier say theirs never expire.
- Where the list lives. Bouncer lists connections for Mailchimp, HubSpot and Klaviyo, and import size is capped at 10,000 on several of its integration pages. Bouncer's pages list CSV as an accepted file type, which covers a CRM export.
- Pack or monthly plan. A pack buys credits once; a monthly plan buys them every month. Bouncer's Monthly Subscription lists 10,000 credits for $48 (pay as you go: $60), while Kickbox and MillionVerifier list packs only. The pay as you go email verifier page sets the two against each other.
- Catch-all addresses. A catch-all domain is one set up to accept mail for any address. DeBounce charges 10 credits per catch-all validation, and MillionVerifier does not charge for catch-all results. See the catch all email verifier page.
A SaaS founder adding a real-time email check to a sign-up form to stop mistyped and disposable addresses is buying a different product from a list owner. Bouncer sells that apart from its list credits, as Bouncer Shield, from $7 a month for 1,000 checks and one shield, a shield being one configuration for one domain. Per Bouncer's documentation, its real-time API draws on the same credits as the app.
The lowest prices: DeBounce and MillionVerifier
DeBounce sells 10,000 credits for $25.00 and 100,000 for $135.00. Its pricing page puts catch-all validation at 10 credits each, which weighs on a list full of catch-all domains. MillionVerifier sells 10,000 for $39 and 100,000 for $149 with a 10,000-credit minimum, and its prices page says unknown and catch-all results are not charged. Both give 100 free credits.
At 100,000 credits the packs cost $135.00 at DeBounce, $149 at MillionVerifier, $400 at Bouncer and Clearout, $400 at NeverBounce (from NeverBounce's page data), $420 at Emailable, $500 at Kickbox and $649 at ZeroBounce.
Credits that never expire: Bouncer, Emailable, DeBounce and MillionVerifier
Four vendors say their credits never expire. Bouncer's pricing page says so for email verification credits, bought pay as you go or on the Monthly Subscription switch; its minimum purchase is 1,000 credits for $8, and a new account gets 100 free credits. Emailable is $60 for 10,000 credits with a 5,000-credit minimum and 250 free credits. DeBounce and MillionVerifier say the same of theirs. The Bouncer email verification review lists the limits Bouncer documents.
Bundles and monthly plans: ZeroBounce ONE, NeverBounce Growth and Clearout
ZeroBounce charges $129 for 10,000 one-time credits. Its monthly bundle, ZeroBounce ONE, adds warmup, inbox tests and blacklist monitors: $99 a month at 10,000 credits on monthly billing, or $79 a month with annual billing.
NeverBounce lists $50 for 10,000 credits, a figure read from its pricing page's own data rather than from a displayed price card, and its credits expire 12 months after purchase. Its monthly plan, Growth, is $49 a month for up to 10,000 emails and bundles 200 new leads a month, AI scoring and automatic CRM sync, per its pricing page. Clearout charges $65 one-time, and its plans bundle an email finder with verification. Kickbox charges $70, in one-time packs only on its pricing page.
Emailable's Monthly plan lists 10,000 credits for $51 a month and DeBounce's lists 10,000 for $23.00; Kickbox and MillionVerifier list no monthly plan.
Verifiers with no US-dollar price to show
EmailListVerify's pricing page showed no US-dollar prices when it was read, so this page gives no figure for it. Its pages say packs start at 1,000 credits, pay-as-you-go credits do not expire and a new account gets 100 free verifications.
BriteVerify, part of Validity, is priced by quote. Validity describes it as checking syntax, domain, MX records and mailbox existence and returning a valid, invalid or risky status.
Hunter is a lead-finding platform where verification is one use of its credits, so it is not set beside a verification pack here. Hunter counts 0.5 credit per verified email, and its free allowance is in best email verifier free. Bouncer's 100 free credits are enough to run a sample of a list before buying a pack.
