Pick Bouncer when credits will be used slowly or at irregular times, because they never expire; the Bouncer email verification review covers who else it fits. Pick NeverBounce when a 10,000-credit pack will be used within a year and its lower listed price at that size matters.

At 1,000 credits the two match at $8. At 10,000 credits Bouncer's pay-as-you-go pack is $60 against $50 in NeverBounce's page data, and at 100,000 credits both come to $400, NeverBounce's figure again being page data.
Bouncer's packs run from 1,000 to 1,000,000 credits, $8 to $2,000, and its pricing page sends anyone above 1,000,000 to its sales team. Bouncer email verification pricing lists every pack.
Credit expiry: never against 12 months
Bouncer's pricing page says credits that arrive on a Monthly Subscription never expire either. NeverBounce's pricing page states the opposite rule for its credits: they expire 12 months after purchase.
The rule matters for a pack that takes more than 12 months to use up: the unused credits stay at Bouncer and expire at NeverBounce. NeverBounce alternatives compares other verifiers on expiry.
Monthly options: Bouncer's switch and NeverBounce Growth
Bouncer's pricing page has a switch from Pay as you go to Monthly Subscription. On it, 10,000 credits are $48 (pay as you go: $60), and the same number of credits arrives each month. NeverBounce's Growth plan is $49 a month for up to 10,000 emails, and it is a bundle: its pricing page says Growth adds 200 new leads a month, AI scoring and automatic CRM sync to verification.
Monthly against monthly, that is $48 for verification credits alone against $49 for the bundle, so the question is whether the same volume repeats every month and whether you would use the extras. Bouncer's pricing page points a subscription at predictable usage and also describes auto-refill, which fills the account with new credits every month. Its 2018 terms let you cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid term.
Free credits and duplicate charges
Bouncer gives a new account 100 free credits, and its pricing page says no credit card is required to start. NeverBounce says a first list can be verified with no credit card and lists free list analysis and free test credits, but its pages give different counts, so none is stated here.
On duplicates, Bouncer's pricing page says it never charges for duplicated addresses within your list, and NeverBounce's Growth card says duplicates are free.
